Are you experiencing
running injuries in your lower back,
knee or foot? Are you laid up from playing sports as
a result of a leg injury? Are you tired of paying too much
for athletic shoes and having them prematurely fall apart?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, you may have to take
a closer look at your athletic shoes
Bruce Wilk, director of Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists suggests that if you
exercise and run before you look at your shoes,
- Be sure you have a good stretching routine; you've been consistent in your weekly
workouts.
- You're appropriately cross-training in conjunction with your participation sport.
If everything has remained the same and you've suddenly been plagued with injuries,
it's time to take a closer look at your shoe.
